With centres in Ahmedabad, Gurgaon and New Delhi, Smart Strength needed one system that knew every venue, every coach on shift, every enquiry and every client package, and let clients book training themselves.
Several venues, no single view
Each centre ran its own schedule and client list, so nobody could see capacity or revenue across the network at a glance.
Bookings by conversation
Session and package bookings needed back-and-forth with staff instead of a place where clients could pick a slot and pay.
Staff and leads kept elsewhere
Coach rosters, attendance and new enquiries lived outside the booking data, making follow-ups and payroll harder to track.
Client data that must stay private
Profiles, payments and performance results needed role-based, secured access for clients, coaches and admins.

Empty zero-state cards became a real client home: sessions left with package expiry, a progress ring for lifetime sessions, confirmed upcoming bookings and a direct route to book the next one.
